I believe education about professional photography because it is important to understand why it is essential to choose a professional who has invested in their skill. This is especially important for choosing a wedding photographer because there are no do-overs! A professional wedding photographer has spent countless hours refining their skill and there are no shortcuts.

If you truly value the quality of your wedding portraits, please do not just hire anyone with a nice camera or price shop. You get what you pay for! Professional photography is not just clicking a button. There is so much more that a professional photographer sees through the lens. For example, there is lighting to consider, which is the essence of photography in itself. There is the background; people, scenery, distracting exit signs or lights that can distract from the subject or enhance a photograph. All of the settings on the camera can dramatically affect the photo as well. Then there are the many hours of the post process editing. I won’t bore you with all the details, but you get the point. So please, choose a professional photographer as it is well worth the investment. Even if you don’t choose me!
